InstaWebCart is an online software service sold by [Legal business name]. Nothing physical is shipped.

1. Delivery of the service

• Your account and the Trial plan are available as soon as you sign up.
• A paid plan or the trial week starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. Your plan's features apply to your stores straight away.
• You use InstaWebCart in your web browser, from anywhere, at your InstaWebCart address and on any domains you connect.
• Receipts and tax invoices are emailed to you and are always available on your billing page.

If your plan hasn't started a few minutes after paying, email [Support email] with your payment reference and we'll sort it out.

2. Products sold by stores

Stores on InstaWebCart ship their own products. Delivery times, charges and areas are set by each store; please see that store's shipping policy or contact the store.
